Jen Winkler is the best! She has lived in the neighborhood forever (5th family to move into Briar Chapel) and we have worked with her on renting our old home (now listing for sale) and purchasing our newly built home in the new section. She is great! Very knowledgeable on pricing in the neighborhood (homes with different builders, upgrades, etc) and will go above and beyond to get yours sold. We have recommended her to several of our friends in the past with great experiences!
