We save you time. We listen to you, and help identify the homes and/or builders that would most likely meet your wants and needs. We usually know of opportunities well before others are even aware of them, which can help put you ahead of the crowd.
We understand current market conditions. Since we are professional, full-time agents, we track the market on an daily basis.
We help avoid mistakes. Since a majority of what we sell is new construction, our experience helps us avoid designing a home that will be difficult to resell in the future.
We negotiate on your behalf. As your buyer’s agent, we act as a buffer in negotiations with all parties throughout the entire transaction, and help prevent emotions from getting in the way.
We handle inspections. We understand you’re busy, and may not be able to attend every inspection. We can help by scheduling and attending pre-drywall and 3rd party inspections.
We represent you. The onsite agent represents the builder. We can look out for your best interests, and help you navigate some of the issues that can arise during a new build. Just be sure you let the onsite know you’re working with a buyer's agent before you get too far into the process. Otherwise, they may refuse to allow you to have representation.
